Shipping and Delivery

- We will process every order that comes in after the payment is complete.

-- We process based on the order queue order we receive,

-- Handling time 1-2 days depending on the quantity of the order.

-- We use regular standard shipping from the delivery service closest to our location, for delivery to the Indonesian region such as J&T, JNE and Si Cepat. Possible delivery speed is 1-3 days in Java Island area, and 3-6 days outside Java Island area

-- For the worldwide region we use trusted services such as DHL, EMS, and other postal delivery networks that we usually use, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 days or it can be faster, calculated since we sent tracking number information to the buyer.

-- We ship on working days Monday - Saturday, if orders on Sundays will be processed on working days.
